Short question, they only drop from bosses in hard mode ? I've heard that they also drop from HERO mode.. I'm confused right now, may somebody help me ? Thanks in advance

Should be hard mode only. Can't remember ever getting one in Hero.

I don't think Hero mode is actually ran enough for a good chance to see if Gauntlets drop, but I have never gotten one while spamming Hero missions, so it is highly unlikely. And by spamming Hero missions, I mean running them day and night.
