For a while I didn't, but I'm getting into the habit again.

I always give my pokemon nicknames. It mostly depends on the Pokemon for me. An example would be that I'll nickname my Jolteon Jolt, or my Suicune Aurora.

More like, I name my Pokemon after the move sets they've learned. So I know which one to bring along with me and call out.

Almost all the time, except for pokemon that I know I'm never going to use for battle.

I name mine all the time. Whenever I get it in the wild. I usually ask of people to name them something for me if I get them traded though. ;;
My Blastoise is my Bath Toy --- My Ditto is my UJelly --- And the list goes on o3o
