Mabi trouble

I've been having trouble getting mabi to work these past few days. I'm coming back after a few months of not playing, and I redownloaded the client, and i've been getting errors. I keep getting this when i finish patching and try to start the game-


This has been going on for the past few days, and today i redownloaded mabi with my antivirus disabled and i got it to work. I was in the game and my computer crashed, and now im getting the error message again. Does anybody have any idea how i can fix this?

Make sure you are on an account with admin rights (for your pc)

then turn off UAC in user accounts (varies from OS to OS but you can find it in control panel), it may ask you for a restart later which you should do right away

then go to wherever you installed mabinogi (usually c/nexon/mabinogi), right click mabinogi.exe inside mabinogi folder, go to compatability, change settings for all users, make sure run as admin is checked and okay.

A lot of people don't know how to fully turn off UAC so it interferes with starting mabinogi.
