response from server delayed boats

when i log in i can usually join bout 1-4 boats fine but then if i play for atleast 30mins i get the problem
response from server delayed after trying to join a party or make one, i think this is a internet problem
i tried unistall , repatch , turning firewall and anti virus off , adding to exceptions on anti virus and all but still have the problem. This has been happening to me for atleast 2 months and it is very irritating because i would have to restart my whole computer just to join 1-4 parties not to mention restarting vindictus which takes 4ever !

Its probably your Internet connection
Since not many people are having this problem

Anyway Did you try reseting your internet modem?
Checking lines if there are any cuts
Calling your Operator?
