This looks terribly inefficient... Well back to ranking Lance Charge, I was expecting to begin Martial Arts immediately but.. bleh. I feel like the time would be better spent coming closer to finishing my str skills.

Hax damage on single target, though. The skill multipliers are really high.

Skill multiplier is high but they all balance out by having 20 sec/25 sec/30 sec cool down each tier. In that same time, People can do more damage than MA. It great for hybrid sure, but as a stand alone, not really.
