I can't find one in dreamworld and I hate the flying pikachu look-alike in pokemon black/white.


It also doesn't evolve.

Pokemon black and white are clean slates, they have copycats of the original 150 though.

Other than trading or dream world, you can't find the other 4XX pokemon.

The heck are you talking about? Without trading and dream world I managed to fill up like 250 pokemons on my dex. Clearing the Elite 4 and beating the Champion is only like 50% of the game. You unlock the rest of the pokemon once you do so, along with the other half of the continent that you were locked out of.
