Tears my psn network has died >.<

soooo everything was okay with my network until yesterday afternoon. I was playing naruto with a friend and noticed it wouldn't let me log on online (an error number popped up) i didn't think anything of it because just a hour earlier my house went through a short circuit because of a fire down the street but later on i noticed it continued.



so i finally decided to call customer support and they said the network would be down for a while.... THEY LIED TO ME!



too many of my friends i called said they could get on just fine and nothing was off or wrong. -sigh-
i know it couldn't be my internet connection because i could still get on the internet through my ps3 so.....i don't know what to do



oh and not to mention before i called support i tried to see if i could reupdate the firmware and now my ps3 is stuck in that state because it cant connect to psn (didn't know it needed to connect to psn at the time... don't judge). so now i cant even do anything with it period.

Try waiting a while longer and see if it does anything?

This happened to me before. Just leave it alone for a while and try again tomorrow. I have no clue what caused it or anything, but it was fine the next day like nothing happened.

If it still persists your best bet is to call customer support again, hopefully you won't get someone who just brushes you off.
