Appraise my bow for me?

How much do you reckon a bow like this is worth? It was made by carpentry, and you can see a sig there so it's okay quality, but it's an elven short bow. I'm not sure how good they are.

But check out the reforge. It's my understanding elemental reforges on bows are somewhat rare, right? How much could this sell for?

Elemental reforges on swords are somewhat rare. On bows.. not all that rare, I think it's been said it's something like 1/30 that you obtain a level 2 reforge. If it was on something else, it'd be worth several 100k at least. On an elven short bow... Not sure anyone would want to buy it on one of those.
