Rain Casting and Soaked Enchant

To start off, I'm a pretty heavy magic user. What I want to know now is, how viable is it to rank rain casting and use it during shadow missions just to activate soaked enchant? is it worth it? I was planning to just get rain casting up to r5 for a decent load time. Suggestions? Or is this method really inefficient? All help is welcomed. Thanks.

Eh. Its kind of contradicting in my opinion. For one thing. Rank 1 Rain Cast will make monsters not aggro you and so you'll just stand there casting spells.. which will then probably KILL the monster even without soak enchant.

Its just special for situations with harder dungeons in my opinion but overall, not that great. Although I cant say its useless. Itll help in those dungeons where you need just a bit of a boost to destroy/weaken the monsters or boss. Im not a magic user so maybe other people can say more better stuff. And btw, G16S2, faster loading for magic. If Rain Cast had no cooldown. It'll be PERFECT.

Hm. I suppose you're right... magic alone should be able to wipe out most if not all the monsters. Eh. I suppose I'll leave it until I have extra AP to dump before ranking it then haha. Thanks.

Soaked and Wet are the same enchant I'm pretty sure.

As for is Rain Casting worth ranking? Well outside of using it on yourself to activate it, you can also use it on herb patches for additional herbs. I guess it'd be something to rank after your done everything else in the Magic Tab.
