After my old upgraded LLB hit 6/6 dura after constant repairs at nerys, I thought my new 15 dura LLB would last much longer if I repaired at Edern...

Since making it the max dura has slumped to 10

I remember reading somewhere that blessing adds half of the percent missing (90% -> 95%, 95% -> 97.5%, 98% -> 99%)

I can't remember where though. Like it even matters. I wish we had a 100% repair rate NPC. I wouldn't care how expensive it would be. ;~;
