For the most part, unless you are either forced to watch it due to losing a bet or have nothing better to do with your time, don't bother.

In my case, I lost a bet and had to endure it as punishment.

Popotan was better. That actually had plot right from the beginning, and could almost have been censored down to an Ecchi rating without killing it.
