NX Paypal not available?

Is anyone else having trouble with buying NX with Paypal on the Mabinogi website?

It worked a few days ago, so I don't know why it's not working right now. Maybe the servers are down, or is it something specific to just my account? This is the message I get:

This webpage is not available
The connection to billing.nexon.net was interrupted.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the wrench menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

I checked to follow what it told me to, and there is no problem there. So it's either something on my account, or Nexon's website is just crapping out again...?

I've also heard it wasn't working from nexon forums. Submitted a ticket?

Hmm, I guess it might have to do the website, billing.nexon.net... Maybe it's down. >_< I already send a ticket about something else earlier, which probably will take next year before they look at it anyway... I will just wait to see what tomorrow brings. If it still isn't up, I can try sending a ticket.

PS: I read around the Nexon forums and it sounds like someone who had the same problem worked it out with using IE... but I don't want to risk my paypal account with IE. I guess I need to wait or browser more solutions.

You won't be risking your paypal account by logging in with IE. :P IE is almost as secure as Chrome, and the only time you run into problems is when you visit shady sites with it. Just try it and don't worry. Dunno why Chrome is having issues, though.
