I just got on Vindictus and got the title in the mail. I claimed it, but it's not in my title list. D: Anyone else has this title, or has this problem? Or am I doing something wrong here...?
Feeling so ripped off atm! The title was given to beta players who had their Luck-boosting beta hair taken away.

It should be an usable item in your inventory.
