Reforge LLB vs HLB

Jeebz, you guys are crazy, 900 reforged knuckles? That alone is like 5million QQ. I dunno if I'm just lucky or doing something right but elementals dont seem 'that' rare. Reforged like 3 knuckles and got ice lvl2. Also got a couple lvl5 reforges for other things ._.;

Of course they are not. Elemental lv2 on any weapon besides 1h swords is very common... like 1/30 ish.

They're talking about double elemental or Lv 3+. As in Fire + Ice Lv 2 on the same item, or Fire Lv 4... those will take all the reforges ever.
