Possibly, but it'd cost you more than a couple mil. And 2 lvl 2 is better than 1 level 3 when dealing with elemental mobs as opposed to non elemental mobs, since only one of them can ever be canceled out, and if ones being canceled, the other is probably working at it's full levels instead of -1.

It will depend on where you use it obviously, but I think that there are least amount of Lightning mobs in the game overall. But say for like SM's there are rarely any mobs with Lighting elemental.

Number is too low, should be around 1000 at least and you might be able to see a double elemental or any rank 2 after 600~700.

Anything below 1500 is too small a sample to draw conclusions, though.

So if I understand correctly a triple elem 2 reforge would result in:

33% more dmg vs neutrals, 22% more vs elementals, no matter which.

double elem 2 would be:
22% vs neutrals, 33% vs missing elem, and 0% vs the rest.

While any elemental 4 would give 33% vs neutrals and 33% vs opposing, but -11 vs same?

I have seen a few double/triple elemental reforges, so it makes me wonder which is more rare, a lvl4 elem or triple elem. Utility wise the elems would be covering more, unless the elem happened to be lightning, since that has few mobs of that sort.

It's hard to say for sure. Double or triple elemental is like one of THE most rare things you could get. While it is true that some have gotten it, you have to remember that it has to be level 2 or it wouldn't make difference. On the other hand, level 4 elemental means that you need rank 2 which means you need to get rank 2 AND elemental reforge AND level 4 (highest possible level for rank 2 IIRC). So I think realistically speaking they are both about the same in the sense it's almost impossible to get with NPC reforge kits.

You can buy toolkits at Zeder (giant-allied human) for even greater discount I believe.

As for overall rarity... I've reforged thousands of weapons and never seen double elemental, triple elemental, lv 3 or higher elemental or the like. Never seen a single (effective) double elemental owned by anyone in Alexina and as far as I know there is only one lv 3 or higher elemental weapon on server. Additionally, every single one of the extremely few Lv 2 elemental 1h swords I've seen or heard of have all gotten that reforge while they were a spirit weapon (all dem server-wide duped military 1hs during ego transfer glitch).

Out of all the thousands of items I've reforged, only rank 2 I've gotten was a fishing rod with Dexterity Lv1 that I gave to Kaon to troll him a bit.

However, chances are if you do 1000+ of the same item in one sitting instead of accumulated over time/several items you can get much more informative and useful results.
