Yellow Flashy Dye and Nx

I got a flashy yellow dye off rebirth today and was wondering how much is it worth? The recent drop in prices screwed up my perception of them.

By the way, what's the best way to turn Nx into gold? Before VIP service, I would have gone for dyes, but nowadays those free dailly ampules could have made it worthless.

I usually charge NX with paypal, so unless I feel like going to the store, that's a no. Besides, you can be scammed, banned, [insert lots of other things here]. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
