I thought it was april fool seeing how it's right after Tinkerer release... then I saw the calendar. Man she doesn't look interesting to be honest, she seems to work like Sun Shang Xiang in Dynasty Warrior 6, or Da Qiao Xiao Qiao in D7

I wouldn't agree with that at all. The playstyle looks completely different from any of those characters.

Only reason they seem similar is because her weapons seem to be a weird inbetween of fans and chakrams.

Anyone know what her actual weapon is called?

Kali uses both fans and chakrams.
The fans are for the magic class.
The chakrams are for the physical class.
