Random Items on Ground

This ALWAYS happens and I've always wondered since starting the game, what is with the random unpickupable items I see lying around? Usually they are armors, anything from light Melka to rewards from jousting.

Seriously, what? Do people throw these armors out or something?

Yup, people like tossing random items on the ground. It's a shame that you can't pick them up.

They might be untradeable or personalized therefore people will just leave them on the floor when they don't want the item anymore. Atleast that's what I heard.

If I remember right, an old friend of mine dropped his armor to make space. In the middle of Dunbarton to remember where he last dropped it.. He only did it for space, no other reason. This was before the Special Inventory, so I don't see any other reason why people drop them when they have the special inventory.

Couldn't they just npc them? I made hundreds of k so far just by npcing stuff people tossed out for free....
