[3ML Editor/MIDI] Could not load DLS file?

I'm having a problem getting 3ML to play Mabinogi's instruments sounds.

It seems that it has something to do with failing to load something called a DLS file, which I don't know how to deal with. I've looked in my "Playback Devices" page in the Control Panel for sound settings, and there's nothing related to Midis there. Is there some way to fix this?




This is what opens when I press "Yes". It lets me select the other output devices, but they do not produce the same instrument sounds as Mabinogi should(Lute and Ukelele sound like pianos).




I've tried re-downloading it, and it still gives that error, so I think it's not the program itself, but my computer.
