They should make mage and alchemist both 5 stars difficulty, because beginners will just rage-quit from the expenses and investment required...

I think you're thinking too hard end game. Honestly, newbs can do just fine starting off. They don't have to be pro or whatever. I know some pure mages who started being mages way back in the day.
