Highly likely that
A) There's a new bot out. Always new hacks coming out, but this guy was just being stupid with them.
B) They found a way to dupe items. Unlikely though.

Perhaps more importantly, people are crafting. Kai is about to come out and some are dumping extra ores they had sitting around to buy gear, others are mass producing ores to turn a profit when people want to buy them in bulk.

So yeah, just because someone has hundreds or even thousands of ores does not necessarily indicate botting.

Not always. But I'd think bots were designed so that they couldn't be detected the first couple of days, maybe even months? Why do all that extra reprogramming every day when you can just make a good (paid) bot that only needs updating once a month or so?

Farming ore isn't that hard anyways, you get a ton if you run Boat 6/7 missions regularly. From what I saw, it was a group of about 4 people selling ore. For all we know, they could be a really dedicated party farming either BH mats or Hero mode for enchants. Both of those have good guaranteed profit, and they both will create a huge amount of ore on the side.

If it is botting, it depends on what Nexon does. Take that as you will.

But still, anyone with items should know that prices will inflate when a new character is added. I was selling Slingshots at 50k each when Karok first came out, I made like 3m profit off random Boat 1-3 stuff alone. It's perfectly reasonable that a Boat 6 Hero farm party had a nice stock of Superior Iron ore and is dumping it all now (though the pricing is a bit weird).

Regardless, it's too early to assume things.

They are so randomly dropped ... and it's beginning to be sold by more people.
