Because someone said Playing Instrument wasn't playing, and yet I got points for it.

As in, the quest used for R4 > R3 musical knowledge, and book used to get r4 composing is broken.

Even if you completed the quest/read the book... you won't recieve training for them.

Perhaps a curiousity of mine... I'm also having trouble connecting. Could this in any way be related to the hotkey fix released a few weeks ago?

EDIT: Scratch that idea. I'd say not.

EDIT AGAIN: It's also notable that the channel statuses on the Wiki still display maintenance.
