These guys. I don't know if it has been asked before, but what are they there for? I see them all over the place, but they're always kind of hidden in out-of-the-way areas of maps.

Its a closed beta memorial. We had an event with it back in 2002 with Korean closed beta test.
I heard it had something to do with an old Fomor war.
