Error 0xc0000005?

I've tried to find a fix but, all in vein. I heard from some people it can be caused by modding or it could be memory problems. I don't / never have modded mabinogi. I've tried a clean start up and, have re installed mabinogi with and, without npc music files and, nothing works. :S
