Back to School Giveaway Event

For many of you school will be starting up again around the end of this month, and I don't think I'd be doing my job if I allowed you to return to classes without anything to distract you from your education.

The Event
The objective of this event will be to do positive things around the community. You can use your own judgement to figure out how you can help around here, anything from running events, helping people, and generally making an effort to brighten this place up a little bit. What you come up with is entirely up to you.

When you've accomplished something you intended to do as part of this event, you can PM me the details. I'll be assigning points to people based on what they have done. The method of distributing points, and the point totals will not be shown to anyone to avoid people all going around trying to copy each other if they find out one type of thing gives more points than some other thing.

You can team up to work on something as well, everyone who participated will get the same amount of points.

Naturally, receiving infractions or bans during the event will disqualify you seeing as that's counterproductive to the purpose of the event.

Anyone can participate without any limits to join date or number of posts. By doing what is required for the event you'll probably be a better part of this community than some people who have a lot of posts or joined years ago.

P.S: If you change your username during this event tell me so I can keep a record of it. I tend to lose track of these things.


The Deadline
The event will end Friday, August 31st, around 6pm EST. I'll have the prizes handed out at some point during that weekend.

Anyway, this is really kind of you, Osay. You guys have to remember, we may call Osay lazy, but he really does keep this place going, and he's way more lenient and kind than he has to be. He actually puts up with all our shit, so I think cleaning up around here is the least we all can do for him.
