So I got this response to a ticket that I wrote a few months ago...I'm heavily pissed.
A great deal of time has passed since this ticket was opened we believe that this issue should no longer be present in the game as it has gone through many iterations and patches.
I gave up on my lost items. Too much time has gone by, enough time where I could easily have reobtained said lost items several times over by now.
In fact, let me save Nexon the trouble by manually closing all my useless tickets that will never get replies.

Details: I previously submitted a ticket, only to have it closed without it even being read properly so I'll try this again.
Back in August 8,2011 around 9:30am EST, the Mabi servers crashed causing me to lose the following items with the following details:
Details: Character Name: kingofrunes
Lost Items: Summer Knit Cap, Cores' Thief Suit (M),Cores' Boots (M). I know you can't send them in the color they were in but they were a neon green color.
Server and Channel: Mari, Channel 2
Which Character/Pet had the item(s): kingofrunes had it on him. I don't think I had transferred it to any pets. Mysterio, clothholder, Carpetking, Blazingking might have had it on them at some point.
Date and Time the issue occurred: 8/08/11 9:30am EST (not sure when mabi crashed precisely)
Occurrence: While in game
