The voices aren't really annoying and somewhat fit the person. I am surprised. Only one I kinda didn't like was Hihi's voice (I refuse to call him Hugh).

If gameplay was anything close to that, I might actually play Pokemon... as it is, I'm not a huge fan of turn-based attack swapping (I call it attack swapping since there's no placement or movement or anything which can actually be fun in turn based combat).

Also, i'm surprised they didn't mention anything about the World Tournament. That's probably the best feature of the whole dang game.
