You dont know me
Ancients are an awesome way to make money in my opinion. Just go to iria and hunt monsters. Gems are common and so are diamonds. Hlbs are a big plus when they drop as well as good thames/bohemian
The Green Mage
With the new rafting renewal, you can also go raft and buy fox teeth patterned shoes and npc them them, they are worth 4k, and only 11 stars. Lets say you get 20 big stars (100 stars) in a single run, you can get 36k off those shoes. Repeat and cash in.
It may not be the best money maker, but it'll stay the same no matter what (unless someone ruins the spawns in rafting)
Want Some Muffins?
I quit playing pretty long time ago but what I did was doing events, considerably easy money without putting too much efforts.
I used to farm ores on my giant with metallurgy, then bots started driving the price down (+ less demand for them since most players already have R1 Refining already).
Now I think the most safe and efficient way is to do part time jobs.
1. 8am go to Simon, check his part time job to see if he gives you 5 thin threads as completion reward, do it if he does.
2. 12pm go to Kristell and do church part time job, hand it in at 4pm.
3. 4pm go to Ascon and do Lighthouse part time job.
If you have advanced part time jobs with merchant destiny, you can get 12 holy waters + 5 fine firewoods or 2 wood boards and maybe 5 thin threads (maybe 6?) a day. On Mari stack of thin threads go for around 5~7k, holy waters 20~25k, and fine fire woods 40~60k. So every two mabinogi days you are guaranteed around 98k (24 holy waters, 10 fine fire woods, 10 thin threads).
Or you could just spam reforges and sell them.. High on demand lately.

Personally...I just commerce spam..but that's just me :I
If you can handle the bandits all will go well :D
Until it lags. Then you are stuck there ;~;.
commerce + buying and reselling items (this takes extensive research in said items, NEVER go by housing or just a few listings)
