Stage 1 theme song had some really nice piano runs!
Interesting special mechanic, but not sure if I like it much. Its kinda like a mix between Perfect Cherry Blossom and Ten Desires. The loose drops of the yellow items are honestly very distracting from a game where you're supposed to be focused on pretty patterns. The star glittery interface isn't too great either.
Oh boy, look at me, being a hard critic.
Despite what I'm saying about the two games above, do believe me when I say they look quite fun and well made. Especially the second one, has a lot of interesting spellcards. But it doesn't seem to have that impact Zun puts in to his games. The danmafuku games always had a feeling of roughness and unrefinement to it.

yea.. Danmaku spell cards is like art.. you cannot copy someone else art style..
I think the SFX have a strong role in why danmafuku games don't feel right. The decibels are way too high. Its much softer in Touhou games.
I've always noted that myself and it kind of bothers me in all honesty. I think I'm going to go watch more Marine Benefit vids now cause I really liked that extra boss theme for that and the unique gear like non spellcards
Local Touhou, Runescape, Mabinogi, Minecraft, and Zelda/Pokemon Fanatic.
