Have managed to get every possible drop and reward EXCEPT the ones I need for my quests and armour. Also, finished my Pike set to discover that, even with rD HA Mastery, it's too cripplingly heavy to wear.

I bought the Pike body for 35k since I didn't have the shoulder pad to craft it, after I bought the body I ran a Hoarfrost Hollow mission and finished it; we all know what happened after that. :/

Spear Kobolds across bridge -> Cross the bridge to fight -> Accidentally break the bridge -> All 3 teammates fall down and die.
Climb ladder -> Reach top -> Fall down without even doing anything -> Repeat 4 times -> Die.
