This was a few days ago but...my +9 raider's scythe exploded when I tried for +10. I would have gotten a rune for it but I didn't have the nx and I was in a daring mood. When it exploded I got 33 empowered stones and a few nails.

My pure black/cyan +10 Lionoteeth exploded. Tried for DP but of course it wasn't going to work for me. Spent around 4mil just getting elixirs because brynn decided to be...well anyway, I overshot by 2 and 3 a couple of times and undershot by about 5 all of the other times.

On another note I was able to craft another lionoteeth and get it to +8(after several failed attempts to +5) with a cyan dye. Now all that's left is a pure black dye and +10. I'm done being daring for a while...
