I think I'll stick with Neamhain for the pure offensive power. For my elf, though, he'll use Morrighan because his defense if the equivalent to Tissue Paper.
Wet Tissue Paper.

I'm changing to Morrighan's Demi mainly due to even with my with my Velencia set I still take beatings like no tomorrow. Would rather use Demigod to become invincible which would negate the glass in my cannon and be able to freely pwn those with smash and wm.
These 2 Demi's are truly based on preference of playing style. They say that a good defense is a good offense, now with demi my offense will be even greater and well...be used more...

True, but they say the best defense is a good offense.
I'll go with Morrighan. Mostly because I've been a member of "The house of Morrighan" long before I started playing Mabi and because it fits well with being a Paladin. I don't use demigod that often, so ether way would work.

Drk's are still loyal to Morrighan so the whole "I'm staying Paly cause I'm loyal to Morrighan" is just a futile ruse.Honestly though Demi is overrated. No one uses it due to the exp-loss and its benefits are only that great. really overrated.
But with that being said, say if your a Glass Cannon, then you get some def/prot equipment going, get r1 defense and put a shield on. Now your a tank. Add Morrighan WoE into the equation and you will be freaken unstoppable. With that being said...only those with the weekly rb's will use WoE like that...
Which brings us to the conclusion that
Free RBs: Neamhain's Demi
Weekly RBs: Morrighan' Demi

Eh.... my comment about the Paly was because of an earlier comment that the crows would look good with the Champ wings and I agree. Me staying Champ has nothing to do with my alliance to Morrighan.
Anyway, I think a Glass cannon just using WoE would make a nice tank for how long it lasts anyway.

Both Demigod leagues can go either way with free/weekly rebirths. For example, if you can weekly rebirth, chances are you can use Spear of God more often than a player who mainly uses free rebirths. And we all know the dmg and cost of that power.
In the same light, since an average player won't use Demigod much, Morrighan's power (especially Wings of Eclipse) can be equally wielded by a free rebirth player as much as a weekly rebirth player, since it's considered as a tanking skill, or rather the way I see it, a "last stand" skill.

Personally, I'm sticking with Neamhain.
Why?
Fury = Homing Missiles of Stun
Spark = Electricity of Stun
Fury + Spark = Win
Also, Spear of Light is a great 'godai' skill. 30k damage is pretty damn good for a non-trans, non capped(999) strength + maxed ego + super max damage equipment skill. Also no need to rely on support shot or magic music.
Just two level ups and you have one Spear use. Good deal imo.

You don't need to Spark and Fury. More stun than perma-stun is still just perma-stun.
They just have differing inconveniences : Spark needs a cylinder and crystals (may not be a problem for some) while Fury needs Demigod. If I had to choose, I'd go with Spark since it's far less restricting.
Spear of God eats Brionac dur, which is much more of a problem than skill exp. Although I have no clue how much dur it actually uses, I wouldn't really count it in the comparison since most people wouldn't use it except for very extreme circumstances (plus nobody I know even carries their Brionac around with them). So that 30k gets reduced to a mere 1.5k. And if the wiki is correct (though I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't) Spear of God only does 12k and has no crit bonus.
Eclipse doesn't really use that much skill exp, considering transforming uses 6 EXP, and Eclipse uses 11.5 EXP at most, as long as you don't use it on every transformation (or twice during one), then it should be able to keep up. At rank 1 when this skill can tank ~20,000 damage, that shouldn't be much of a problem. So rebirth rate wouldn't matter any more than normal.

Brionac dura lost per spear of god is around 0.25.
Also about Eclipse of Wing the wiki says
Quote from Wiki:
If damage received would be reduced to 1 point or less due to the user's defense and protection, the attack is rendered completely ineffective (no damage will be dealt) and no EXP will be consumed.
When damage is taken, the skill's EXP decreases in proportion with the damage. Use of defense and protection boosting gear is advised for maximum effect (defense and regular protection is calculated on after the reduced damage from the skill).
You'd need to get hit by a pretty strong attack at rank 1 to actually lose exp per hit.

Spear of God is wonderful but with Rage of Wing's ability to pierce through pd, it will actually be useful on things such as banshee, arch lich, lich, gast, etc. that virtually has invincibility (which even Spear of God can't pierce).

If it can really actually hit invincible monsters then definitely do want.

Oh it can. If you read Nexon's Preview of the Morrighan Abilities, they clearly state that Banshee and Lich will fear Wings of Rage.
