I don't know what you're saying.
I think that last line was 4 different sentences, but I'm not sure.
Are you unable to use Lightning bolt while rafting?

I think he's asking if it's viable to use Lightningbolt to raft.
It's probably not very efficient. The range is short, the charging time is long for something that only hits one monster, and it takes 2-3 hits to kill the warriors and goblins that don't use shields. Lightning magic shield will make this even worse.
The main problem with this is the short range on it. It doesn't kill fast enough like Ice Spear does, and puts yourself in range of getting shot by archers and exorcists and at risk for having multiple warriors jump on the raft. The stuns from getting shot and bolted and bashed over the head will prevent you from being able to cast lightningbolt and fighting. By the time the stun lock ends, you'll either be dead or already past the monsters and out of range to hit them.
tl;dr: bolt magic does not work well on a raft. Thunder or very high ranked archery does.

I think Whyrainfalls got it right, they don't seem able to use LB on rafts.
but since it's really inefficient (I think even ice spam w/CC would be faster) it doesn't seem like a high priority to check.

Yes, you can use Lightning Bolt in Rafting. It just requires you to get close to it.
Whether or not it is good in rafting is another story.

It's not efficient to use lightning bolt for rafting, but you can use it nonetheless. Archery or Adv Magic works much better.
