It's 100% drop according to most people, but I got it on my 5th or 6th run. Try a solo or with people who don't have the quest.

Well I'm certain that the drop isn't 100%, either that or you may be unlucky. So far I only done it twice, but no drop just yet. Might go back to it soon after some upgrades.

You're just unlucky I guess... If you have the quest and you're sure you didn't get it yet, I guess keep trying.
Also, make sure you're killing the right boss...

I've ran Final Sling like 20 times and not a single bombsack. I need 4.
Its stupid.
Once I did 2 runs in a row where all I got was Kobold cloth and cloth from the bosses. Thats 10 boss drops in a row that was all cloth.

Just gotta keep trying. It can take quite awhile if you're unlucky.
