  It is almost a 251 Battlesword if you ignore the balance.
  
  Broadsword still the best for practicality though. (Damage/Critical and cheap to enchant wise)

  Broadswords can be smithed (easily accessible) and upgraded to more or less the same max and crit. (For example, mine is 0-77, 33 crit)
  Hence why I said it's the same thing as a Broadsword, but with Min and even lower Balance.
  
  It's not that special aside from being unique/rare.
