  there's a way to get there in ruairi if you still have a wing from before they closed it off which involves contwarping, but that's the only way i know of 8\

  I saw those wings in personal shops before but they were untranslated and 500k so I couldn't get one.

  I've been in some random party this whole time, I think from a mission I ran on we all failed.

  never ending conversation? eek, never heard of that one. the trick to using the wing is to make sure you're the leader of a party with people in it. you use it, choose to move with your party members, but nothing happens. you have to cont warp after that and you wind up in nekojima instead of your designated place. i'm not sure if that's what happens to the party members as well, but it's the only conclusion i can come to 8|a

  I think it doesn't end because there's supposed to be cutscene or something for a quest, but the quest/island arn't supposed to be in NA.
