  Also, if you have Rank 1 Smash, but your Tiger has Rank 5 Smash, it uses the Tiger's rank when calculating Smash damage, right?

  Well, if you look at what Devcat is doing at the KR servers...
  Its not going to be uncapped atleast fro a few months. (Which makes me cry since I'm running out of skills to raise D: )

  It's already implemented. Any critical upgraded or critical upgraded enchants (stiff, caliburn, stiff tail cap, etc) will affect water cannon, flame burst, sand burst, etc. critical rate as well as the will and luck stat just like normal weapons.

  I know that the crit upgrades are out, i just didnt understand how it was worded.
