I need to make big money, and I need to do it at a low level. I'm only about level 10, and I just want to get myself nice and funded before I start going out and doing tons of other stuff. I need some money making tips or guides, so I would appreciate anything you guys could help me with.

Holy water farming is good for lower levels.

One possibility is to farm holy waters because some people are willing to pay 15k per stack over here in Ruairi. Farming is another option but if you don't have much time and 30k it's not a recommended method to earn money. For a beginner you should gather what fomor scrolls you can and cash them in at town offices. Oh, and shadow missions are a good source for some people.

This paired with farming, and then run Shadow Missions while you wait for jobs and farm :V

If you got tons (and I mean tons) of time, farming is a great way to make a bunch of money quick.
If not, then run some dungeons, and pick up the formor scrolls that drop from the monsters.
If you get ten, you can turn them in for some cash.

You can always head to Ch2 Tarlach and look for BASIC Shadow Wizard parties, and then tag along the SM. You may be weak and people might ridicule you for killing monsters slowly, but you get a nifty 11k at the end for staying through it all. Try to aim for the archers and wizards and keep them occupied while the rest of the group kills the meaty mobs.
If it's too hard for you, you can always spam Ciar Beginner for formor scrolls, and it can help with your skills in Mabi as well. I suggest taking about 3-5 passes from Ranald and just spamming it before you head back to Tir, since Ciar is a pretty long walking distance. You can skip the golem by logging out and logging back in if you feel you're not up to par with it. Like everyone said, nab all the formor scrolls, and when you have 10 of one kind of scroll, go to Duncan's Shop and buy the quest scroll that wants the 10 you collected.
If possible, get a Kite Shield. Raises your survivability greatly in dungeons.

The number one method of staying rich is to stop spending your money wastefully. Stop buying dyes, stop buying clothes and start conserving your money for use in skill training.
Farming, Rafting, Shadow Mission Rewards (high level), Metallurgy, church part-time jobs, runecrafting, selling abysmal whips, etc
