i'm gonna be fixing the rep levels so people gain bars sooner and have mabinogi related comments when hovering your mouse over it.
so for the next hour or so don't freak out if your rep bars disappear or increase for no apparent reason.

looks like the bars increase is stuck that way, but I can make it say something different for whatever amount of rep I want. So I'll be stealing lots of mabi titles and adding some random stuff in the mix.

until i create a rep title for an amount of rep larger than what a person has, that person will have whatever rep title is cloests to their rep. For example if I made a title for 50 rep, and a person has 60 rep, they'll still get the one for 50, but then when I finally make one for 70 rep, they won't have that one since they don't have enough.
