Frozen Blast is really fun

  ps Right know in KR server Frozen Blast and Magic Shields are buged
  The freezing effect won't appear, so you don't even know if your foe is frozen or not.
  The only way to find out is hit it and observe if it moves/uses skill. If it does, FB failed.
  If it doesn't do anything, then you froze it.

  One friend was discussing about how the original Devcat team went over to other games and the current team isn't that good with bug fixing or what...
  Is your Alchemy Mastery R1?
  It's truly disappointing if they tweaked Frozen Blast to become less powerful. You don't really get much of a chance to use it other than on bosses or major irritants like Beeper/Blinker.

  Wind Alchemy Mastery (R9)
  Water Alchemy Mastery (R3)
  Rain Casting (R4)
  Synthesis & Fragmentation (R6) < unlock the ranks! Devcat! >
  Sand Burst (R6)
  
  I don't have ALOT of complaints about tweaking the Brozen blast, but god I hope they will fix the bug soon.

  I still think the success rates are messed up if that's the way you put it.
  
  Anyone can freeze hardmode blinker almost 100% of the time even with Frozen Blast R9 and Alchemy Mastery 1, with a normal, non-enchanted, non-upgraded cylinder, pre-G13.
  
  I understand that Frozen Blast is pretty broken for PVP but if it becomes so difficult to freeze monsters then this skill is going to be like Animal Taming or Sand Burst - in other words, fun but useless or just situational. I hope the success rates does improve for you. If R1 success rates with R1 Wind Alchemy Mastery are going to be worse than what an R9 Frozen Blast can do pre-G13, that's quite sad. How many skills in Mabinogi are fun and useful anyway?
  
  They should just restore its success rates and disallow it in PVP. Too broken for PVP.
  
  (I guess with this, I might consider putting next RB's AP to something else...kind of a disappointment that Frozen Blast is going to be nerfed this much.)

  The point however is that change hasn't been annouced by the devs!
  
  There is a possibility of it being a simple bug
  They might re-tweak it back to pre-G13
  They might do it differently in other servers

  I really hope so..
  
  However with NA catching up to G12S2 it kind of means that the servers over here are well on the way to receiving G13 in a few months time or so.
  
  It doesn't look like a good thing with the amount of bugs that we're hearing about...
  
  I'll still probably rank Frozen Blast considering that my only other option here is Life Drain which is not extremely useful for me...potion chugging is a lot more effective and faster compared to Life Drain for now.

  I LOVE frozen blast. Its just so much fun to use. And its only rank F :P Trying to rank Frozen, Flame, Golem and defense is a pain in the butt.
