Its nothing different from, say, playing an instrument.
Base work by beginner balance/footwork and overall fitness training.
Practice 30 minutes a day.
Learn 180 kick. Master it.
Learn 360 kick. Master it.
Try consecutive 360-180 kick.
Learn 540 kick. Haul ass. Hate gravity. Get dizzy. Master it.
Learn 720 kick. Call bs on life. Sprain a foot. Curse physics. Master it.
Set this plan in... say... 2 years if you have real talent. 5 years if you're human.
No one can play Flight of the Bumblebees on a violin on their first year of instrument practice. Remember to pace yourself.
I've only gotten consecutive 360-180. Being fairly average in PE and such, I don't think I could get 540. Doesn't help that I stopped going to lessons six months ago.
If kitae can do it, you can do it owo.

I'm a little girl with a vicious nature. It doesn't make me able to do a 540 though :\ .
I tried that when I went to the black belt class after my test.. didn't work out so well. Yeah, I did practice a lot.
I do that in tournaments XD
Really though I struggle (Damn flexibility) but if it were a real fight... It wouldn't aim high... Just so you know.
Or run like hell.
hey kids, this is always choice priority.
Chances are, you just wanna call the cops and run. Unless you have a taser.
One of the instructors who taught my class from before always had these neat tricks where you twist and bend the other person's limbs/grab their jaw/etc etc, and unless your opponent has some serious brute force and little regard for pain, it works really well in getting them down so you can run, or so you can hold them still until the cops arrive.
