Yea, i've tried to buy it for a friend. It's untradeable. Just go to dunbarton and fill all your pets and your inventory with Candlesticks. Give them to Nele and talk to him about private story and Nearby Rumors. When he starts talking about you reminding him of a little girl you've got the shop open, be sure to buy everything in one go because the secret shop goes away after a while.
