Since I ranked my water cannon to rA to get frozen blast, I have been considering taking WC to r1. Part of my considerations involved maximizing my water damage with enchants and upgrades. But ended up with a few questions.
I started with the easy stuff:
r1 Alchemy Mastery-- 45% damage
Title : Royal Alchemist -- +15 water damage
Body: Soggy -- +27 water damage (not going to overwrite the Academic)
Feet: Flooded -- +12 water damage
accessories: Water Drop (x2)-- +5 water damage (x2)
Head: Water drop-- +5 water damage
Hands: Water drop-- +5 water damage
Cylinder: Moist Water Drop Water Cylinder w/upgrades -- +27 (at r1 WC) + 5 + 7 (current upgrades on Mari), 15% water damage
Shield: Water drop-- +5
+118 water damage, 15% water damage, 45% alchemy damage.
Question 1: Does +118 water damage add to minimum and max? Single charge: 119~136 + 118 = 237~254?
Question 2: When stacking charges, is the bonus added once or for each charge? (Three charges: 3x + 118 or 3(x +118)?)
Question 3: How do those % damage work? Are they multipliers for the base damage or Base + enchant damage? Are they additive (x + .45x + .15x) or multiplicative (1.45*1.15*x)?
Now, I have 5 prefixes available for enchants, but I have been told that regular damage enchants do not work the same as Water Damage enchants. Does anyone have any idea how or if they work?
