Well, the book for Plate Armor mastery is in the shop now at least. Need to rank sword mastery before I can tell if I'll get the hammer book.

Someone said the book is available. I can craft a hammer. So yeah, apparently hammers are out.

edit: Ok yeah, I just got the Hammer Mastery quest, and I have a hammer crafted. So yeah. Hammers are confirmed to be out

Well... looks like to get Long Hammer 3 you have to have done the Mission for the Broken Wand. And then afterwards Marrec gives you a quest to kill 30 monsters with objects x_x
