  Weapon Name: The Regretted
  Description: Forged from all Broken weapons Fergus has broken, The Regretted is a reflection of all the regret people have after asking Fergus had broken their weapons.
  
  How to make: Requires 10 +3 dur fails at Fergus of weapons/armor worth more then 40k, then pay 100,000 gold for Fergus to make it. No matter what that outcome is will come with base stats.
  
  Weapon Type: Spear (3-hit Heavy 2handed sword)
  Restrictions:
  Human – Unable to have a secondary weapon, cannot use a shield.
  Giant- Cannot use a shield but can have a secondary weapon
  Elf- Unable to have a secondary weapon, cannot use a shield, Running speed slowed by 25%
  
  All races can use charge with this weapon, unable to use Final Hit with this weapon.
  
  Hit 1: Slash 75% damage
  Hit 2: Slash 75% damage
  Hit 3: Stab 150% damage

  The weapon itself is already pretty OP look at the skill multipliers xDDD
  Makes me wonder how FERGUS of all people managed to create that.

  Description: it's a flaming chainsaw
  
  Low chance to be made when carrying a mythril cable, any dragon claw, and a wooden club and having a master lich casting flame of hell on you.
  
  Very fast 5 hit weapon
  Two handed. (smash bonus applies)
  Causes no splash.
  
  Damage 100-110
  Balance: 5%
  Crit:28%
  Injury:100%
  Dura: 15/15
  Upgrades: 0/0
  
  Takes up a 2x6 inventory space and will automatically de-attach when it reaches 0 durability.
  
  Consumes 50 stamina and will automatically switch to auxiliary weapons if in the main weapon slot and vice versa. Cannot be re-equipped until 1 minute has passed. The flames will also cause constant 10-15 damage for 30-45 seconds at a fixed 25% success rate when attacking monsters.

  Cannot be blessed, cannot be enchanted, cannot use holy fire(since it's already on fire)
  
  When dropped on death it costs 100,654 gold to get back from the town office.
  
  Edit:Maybe it can be synthesized with the above materials too so you don't have to get killed, with a low success rate of course.

  Time for a backstory on how Fergus made such an op'd weapon.
  
  When Fergus graduated from university, he was top of his class. He's blacksmithing skills were that of the Gods. He work was a class ahead from anyone else, he could make anything. Soon he found everything. Fame, money, women, he had it all...but like most brilliant men he wanted a challenge. With all these easier weapons to make and repair he wanted something that would test himself. So he went to the library and searched every book he could about advance weaponry. Unfortunately it was futile, no weapon in those books interested Fergus till he saw it, the book was hidden from plain view and Fergus had take out several other books so he could reach it. He grabbed it, blew on it to get rid of the dust and he's eyes widen in excitement. In big fancy letters the book was titled: The Regretted.
  
  Fergus opened the book and an ecstasy of excitement and adrenaline shot though him. This is what Fergus was looking for. After reading it for the 100th time Fergus began to ponder, The Regretted was a spear but spears in Erinn were to unpractical but this, this could be his ticket to being a god! Fergus had to make it. So after a week of preparation Fergus was ready to make the weapon. However something of this caliber was not easily made, it required over 1000 pieces of broken metal from other weapons that made the owners regret giving them to Fergus in the first place. That was going to be hard...harder then making the mold for the weapon.
  
  Fergus had no regrets as he purposely failed in repairing weapons. At the beginning it was no a big deal but soon it become a nation threat. Fergus was the one you would go for to repair weapons and now he was failing and badly. Soon Fergus lost everything, fame, fortune and women, oh especially the women. But this didn't affect Fergus' ultimate goal in creating The Regretted.
  
  -20 years later-
  
  Fergus had done it, 1000 broken weapon pieces from regretted souls. The forging process was complete and he created the weapon. He took it out side and tested it, he found the toughest material in the world and slashed at it with the weapon. The results, well lets say that it was no longer the toughest material in the world. Fergus was blown away at its power, if he made it public all evil would be out for this weapon, this weapon could end man kind....Fergus began to regret making this.
  
  -5 months later-
  
  A complaint was made about loud noises coming from where Fergus was living and the police raided his house and found the spear. Fergus was put on trailed, what he done was illegal as The Regretted was the part of 'The Ban' which consisted of 7 banned weapons all consisting of a prefixed The then followed by something like Regretted. Fergus was ordered to take this weapon to the Sea Demon Cerberus so no one could use it and was banished from the city.
  
  Fergus was able to stabbed the Sea Demon Cerberus with The Regretted right on top of its jaw. Cerberus was no the Horned Sea Demon. However The Regretted didn't leave Fergus without nothing, from this forth Fergus was cursed at being able to never repair a weapon. So Fergus, being banished from the city went to a small town up north, Tir Chonaill and started up a small business. A 93% repair rate was the lowest he could the rate at so he stuck to that. Fergus was left with nothing, well a man who saw him now would say that but Fergus smirked as he opened his store up, the curse to him was more a gift so now he didn't have to try when breaking weapons. Fergus started to chuckle as plans for a second The Regretted went into production....

  Shield Blade (Human-Only)
  
  This weapon is a fusion of the shield and the sword. It boasts a wide blade, and moderate attack. It can only be used with another sword. Due to its design, it can increase the defensive capabilities of the user.
  
  Basically, a wide sword used for infighting that increases defense from melee and ranged attacks only. I don't think this has an IRL-counterpart. It can only be used in the shield slot, and you need to have a sword in the right hand to equip it. Since this is sword-dual wield, it's a human-only weapon.
  
  Does not affect number of hits or attack speed; that's dependent on the main weapon.
  0~15 attack (added to mainhand)
  10% critical (averaged with mainhand)
