Okay, I enter the very first quest in Hoarfrost Hollow. I fight all the monsters, pass the Polar Bear, and come upon the FIRST portal thing that takes you to the next area, you know?
When I try to go through, the loading screen appears, and the game freezes/stops loading half-way through.
Now, it did this in Beta too. :| So I thought with the update, it would fix, but it doesn't...
Things I've tried:
Lowest Graphics settings possible
Turning Off/On my GameBooster
Web Launch and launch from the folder in my computer
Changing channels
Going in a party (I went with my sister, we both got stuck there, and I closed it, then she became unstuck and went on to finish the dungeon.)
Turning Off/On Oaths of Honour
Changing Party Size
Last ditch effort: Re-Installing
WTH.

Weird, it sounds like the problem I had with Heretic. Are you using TCPOptimizer or something that changes your internet (like most of us used for Mabi, for lag fixes?). Cause I'm starting to think that Vindictus has issues with that.
I fixed my issue (only it wasn't doing it to just me, it only affected Heretic D<) by doing a complete reinstall of Windows. Of course, there's probably easier fixes out there. :fail: I was getting a headache trying to figure/google the stuff, so I went for the "screw it!" route.

The only lag-fix I use would be GameBooster...And I did disable nagle, but everyone here did that, too. >3<

I don't think having Nagle enabled or disabled does anything, as I still have it enabled but play just fine.

Try a different server? Or maybe another character? Other than that go ahead and send in a ticket now. You'll still be waiting by the time the Holidays roll around :P

D: Weird, I had gamebooster as well. But then, mine didn't do it to me personally (just my friends <3 teehee to them). You might want to try un-doing all that gamebooster did and then uninstalling it. Ausologics might also be causing it, if you have that.

Okay, got a reply from Nexon:
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with Vindictus.
Please make sure you meet the minimum computer specifications to run Vindictus. You can find the information here:
Vindictus
If you do meet the minimum specifications, here are a few suggestions that might resolve your issue. If these tips do not help you, please submit a new ticket with more information about your system specifications, the character and server he/she is on, and any error messages you received.
1) Close any extra applications before starting the game as they may interfere with our game clients. If you do not feel comfortable turning off your firewall or antivirus, we suggest configuring them appropriately to allow the game client to run.
2) Run a Virus/Spyware scan on your system to make sure that it is clean. Malicious programs can interfere with the game and compromise the security of your account.
3) Please make sure that you have DirectX 9.0c or better and that your video card drivers are up to date. More information about DirectX can be found in the link provided above.
4) For nVidia video card drivers: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
For ATI video card drivers: Graphics Drivers & Software
5) Please make sure that Windows is configured to allow the execution of the game client. To verify this, click on your Start menu, Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance (if applicable) and then double click on System. Select the Advanced tab and click settings in the performance section. Once there, select the Data Execution Prevention tab and make sure that the game client is added if the second option is selected. Also make sure to click Apply and Ok if you make any changes.
6) If all of the above solutions do not resolve the issue, I suggest that you re-download the game client and then reinstall it. For best results, I recommend that you delete the folder the game is in and any other related files or icons before you reinstall the game. You can download the game client from the link provided above.
7) If you have Windows Vista / Windows 7, right click on your Vindictus icon located in the Vindictus folder (not the desktop shortcut) and select properties. Once in the properties, click on the compatibility tab, check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:", select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down menu and click Apply. For best results, make sure to log on your computer as an administrator.
I tried all of those...Including re-re-installing. NONE WORKED. =A=;;
