My friend: G9 quest is glitched.

I am posting it for her, after she finished this quest Collen's Request.. She recieved a Dragon Symbol item, however she didn't recieves the quest Adniel's Call and she was waiting for more than 6 months for that quest and still didn't get it.

She even said she tried to submit the tickets few times and she said GMs closed all of her tickets.

Do you guys have any ideas how to make the owl appears and gives her Adniel's Call quest?
