I'm one of the unlucky ones. The only one that I've ever gotten something good from is Fashion. One Racc Cub that I sold when I was under 1K CP (and regretted it), and another that I don't plan on selling any time soon.

I've bought maybe 7 gachas in my entire mabi life and the best thing I got was something you could buy at Nerys for 20k. Stupid gachas.
One of the items was also cobwebs. And there was cheap leather. And some other worthless ***. Anyways, I don't rely on NX things (except housing) to get my money. It's all worked for in-game. If the robe really does become gacha, it'll fall to 5 mil like everything else, or less. Just save up your gold and get it rather than rely on chance.

It's not in Gacha yet. You have a better chance of just doing the mini game as no one is selling their Nuadha robe.
