I like the combat system and the game overall but I don't think I'll play very much anymore.
The fact that I have to redo the same missions repeatedly to accomplish quests (usually to get an item or several items that just don't want to drop) just killed the game for me. Especially since I hardly get anything out of a mission once I've done it a few times. So I do all that work and get very little AP and don't even level up. All the good exp for earlier levels is in quests, but I can't complete those quests because the items just don't drop.
Hopefully in the future there's going to be more to do and less limitations of this kind so I can play again. Really like the combat but no matter how fun it is if I hardly get anything out of it I have no motivation to do it.

Can't you just buy the items you don't get? They're not that expensive (Except silver >_>)

I've done this. Money goes kinda fast though (at least for me...).

Not if you need to find a certain item to get the BP for the Battle so that you can unlock the next Battle in which your current story quest is at. Not exactly fun running a mission 20 times just for a slight chance to get something that I need so I can continue to play the game.

Not really, some aren't tradeable. Like crystal slingshot, and restoration potions. I did 5 runs of the mission that drops restoration potions and only got one of them. It's very frustrating and to me games that depend on this type of stuff to progress just aren't worth playing very long.

Well, that quest with resto and destru potions is the most annoying one so far, BY FAR. It isn't that bad in general with the rest of the quests.
And most quest items that can't be sold are high chance drop (and only drop when you have the quest).
As for BP, most (if not all) of the missions, you can get the BP needed for the next mission without doing any drop bonus mission.

Never gotten a crystal slingshot...I can sort of see your point but I'm used to repeating tedious tasks (Harvest moon)
:< Then what will you play with us? Dragon Nest?

I'd say theres still a lack of content. But the third boat is a bit more fun than the 2nd.
All I remember about the 2nd boat are shivering memories of me looking for ice crystals ._.

One more item on my list I need to progress and can't find.
If the AP and EXP gain wasn't so limited from normal spamming of missions I'd play this game casually, but for it to cap like this and prevent progress because of hard to find items, I don't have time for this. I need to be able to log in and run a few missions with friends then go about my busy day. In its current form I don't have the time for the grind/farming required by this game.

I got bored after crafting my Red Gnoll Chieftain set, too many runs of that. It is fun, but it gets repetitive.

I understnad what osay means
Some quests are just plain hellish due drop rates
The bp takes aleast 2 or 3 runs more if you do the quests
Yea the format donest work with casual players as expected

On the contrary, I find the Today bonuses wholly satisfying for casual players who want to run a couple dungeons with friends or guildies and get on with their busy day.

I don't think the AP/EXP gain is limited at all. I may have a different perspective on this, since I solo 90% of the missions myself, however when you do that you get four or five times the EXP you do with a party. The bosses themselves aren't that hard if you are used to action games at all, you just learn the pattern and are pretty much done. AP can be gotten really, really easily from Today quests. No grinding required whatsoever.
Farming is a little bit of a different story, however I haven't noticed it for a long while now. I remember having to do it in the first dungeon for something or another that didn't want to drop, but nothing since then. The Ice Crystal quests are a ripoff, I usually look at the titles and if they are only +1 or something stupid I don't do them, saves a lot of farming time. Anything that isn't unique or quest related you can just buy, as money comes extremely easy and there is nothing much to spend it on.
As far as repetitive goes, every game is repetitive. This game is supposed to have a token cap to mask the repetitiveness of the dungeons, and to stop people from blowing through the content in two days. If it really gets that boring that fast for you, then play in short bursts. Solo some missions, do some Today quests, and then do some quests with friends/guildmates. Should have no issues then.

Exactly. I think I'll casual my way through this game now that I'm somewhat out of content anyways. Just log on, do the "Today Bonus" missions for the 100~150-ish AP, and then do one or two main story missions. I also keep to two token usage that way so I don't run out.
EXP isn't bad at all. The fact that I managed to get so far in such limited time shows that. The AP is a bit troublesome, but the Today Bonus missions make up for it.
