Sorry everyone for taking so long setting up the next portion of this event! Phase 1 was wildly popular, and I appreciate everyone's willingness to participate and have a good time. As you all know, everyone had the opportunity to receive a badge pending on which character you decided to play. It was an interesting experience, to see how people reacted to one another; with characters from totally different universes. I assume many found it difficult. It was intriguing and gave a crash course for some who are unfamiliar with Role-playing.
So on with phase 2! Let's try something a tad more organized. So, we recently had a poll asking of which title you would prefer to undergo. We had a lot of input, and at the 50th vote, the winners ended up being Pokemon, Bleach, and Mabinogi NPC's. That being said, everyone gets to choose a character from one of these series. The goal of this event is to RP your chosen character to your best potential! You are at minimum required to have a matching avatar or signature dealing with your character (And probably a note in your sig mentioning who you are)! This helps clear up confusion.
You should interact with other people who also play under the title that you share! Set a scene to play in, or just have a conversation; imagine a talk between ©Ferghus and Krug! It should be much more easier to talk with people from the same universe. Though cross-rping is still allowed. (IchigoXOfficer Jenny, oh mai.) You are allowed to switch if you are dissatisfied with one or the other. However, anyone who makes the effort to RP under these titles will be awarded a personal badge for the character they play! With that, while you are allowed to switch between at any time, your progress towards a badge will be reset for each time, and you can only get one badge for this event! So choose wisely!
I will be making another placeholder post dealing with who is playing what part, so that we have no duplicates. It will be first come, first serve, no questions! Either post here in this thread, or Send me a PM! If you would also like to request a matching title for your character, you should also IM me. If you find you want to try a character your not familiar with, read some info on them! Don't be shy.
Start some threads collecting your cast if you'd like. Interact with other characters important to you by story, or take your character to other threads. There is no real guidelines, other than what you make of it! Make sure it's meaningful and everyone will have some fun.
This event will be going on for about roughly 2 weeks at this point, though it is fully possible to extend if it is of some grand success. After we finish this portion, it is very likely that phase 1 or 2 of this event will be reoccurring after about a month or two's break in-between. So let's see how we do!
Personal Note: As for myself, I haven't decided which one I'd like to join (Hence the empty Av and Sig this moment). But I'll be deciding soon~ And also yes, Ferghus is copyright by a certain somebody, and yes, you don't have to be a Pokemon from Pokemon. People who are though I assume might speak more with actions as opposed to.. SQUIRRTTTLLEEEEEEE. /endpost. Have fun!~<3
